Inspiration:
The inspiration for this project was the creation of a curved roofed Japanese
building inspired sun room vestibule to create and entry to the son's
portion of the house in order to temper the transition from indoor to
the outdoor environment and temperature swings that effected his
health, thus allowing mobility for a wheelchair bound quadriplegic
outside the building, a covered access to the mobile van in inclement
weather, as well as for use by family, caretakers, and staff..
