Grandma
helps her daughter purchase property and later sells her own house in Maryland.
After her children's and grandchildren's house were designed and constructed,
the third challenge is an accessible live-work residence within
walking or electric golf cart vehicle driving distance, to create a
full-time family compound with houses and painter's studio on the 16
acre site. The family had grown up in an innovative community,
and required something other than run-of-the mill designs, but on a
budget.
