Environmental:
Super insulated: R65+ roofs, R30 and and R40 rainscreen walls, are
installed with an earth-bermed lower level with sauna and wood
stove. This allows a house that an extended family can grow
into. Radiant heating at each floor level, with a Buderus
condensing gas boiler and Tecmar controls. A Junkers hard wood
floating floor system is installed. Site trees were harvested and
milled for exposed larger roof beams at the porch.
